How to mindfully self-soothe so that you can be more intentional in your relationship to yourself and in your relationships with others. Through learning to self-soothe effectively, you’ll learn how to exist in relationships in a healthier way.
Evidenced based strategies for altering your thought patterns, your emotional reactions and your behavioral responses (especially when you’re anxious), so that you can start reacting to stress in ways you can feel proud of.
How to build trust and respect with yourself so that you can relate to yourself in a supportive, compassionate and empowering way; and so that you can set healthy boundaries in your life and in your relationships.

Similar to Facebook, you will have a platform to share your experiences and challenges and receive guidance through comments, videos, and images by Licensed Therapists Jessica Da Silva and Gabrielle Gonzalez, as well as fellow community members who want to support you.
A Live monthly workshop each month on topics regarding the 3 pillars of a healthy relationship (TRUST. COMMUNICATION. RESPECT). Most importantly, building a healthy relationship with yourself so that you can experience more fulfillment and confidence.
Weekly Q & A's to answer questions and provide coaching.
“Weekly Challenges” with short pre-recorded videos guiding you with a helpful exercise to focus on in order to put this awareness into action.
Daily reflections to keep you motivated and hold you accountable.
A community app to download on your phone to conveniently access this material at any time and receive support.
Email reminders to inform you about community activities to keep you on track.
BY THE END OF EACH MONTH, YOU'LL HAVE...

⇨ Attended (or watched the replay) of our live monthly workshop, which will be packed with step-by-step strategies and guidance to help you better self-soothe and navigate relationship anxiety (all according to the 3 pillars of healthy relationships: trust, communication, and respect).
⇨ Shared your experiences in the community and connected with other members in the community--Creating an atmosphere of support and guidance.
⇨ Provided your questions about attachment and/or questions regarding strategies for self-soothing in the Q & A section of the community and received answers on a weekly basis, directly from Jess and Gabrielle.

HOW THE MEMBERSHIP WORKS.
⇨ When you’re ready to join My Secure Self Membership, you’ll simply sign up by entering your email and payment information (which will be billed on a monthly basis after joining).
⇨ Next, you’ll be prompted to create a login for your library. You can either login to your library via Jess’s website (www.jessicadasilvacoaching.com) or Gabrielle’s website (www.mindfulrevampinc.com) or you can download the community app (Kajabi Communities) and enter your email to login!
⇨ Lastly, all you do is show up whenever and wherever, ask your questions, share your experiences, offer support, and tune into the monthly lives and weekly challenges to create a more secure relationship with yourself and with others.
